and physically active lifestyle.
The Food For Life Weight Loss System is based on 6 principles:
1. Attitude - The desire to lose weight for good health and
a more productive, active, long life.
2. Food Intake - Following healthy eating patterns without
pills, powders and potients which often make impossible promises.
3. Water Consumption - World Wide, the accepted water intake
is 8 glasses a day for better health, effective weight loss,
and overall better bodily functioning.
4. Exercise - The importance of being physically active and
making exercise a regular part of your daily routine.
5. Realistic Goals - Choose a weight within the body mass
index chart that suits your height and body structure. Healthy
bodies come in many shapes and sizes.
6. Support - Have a family member or friend help you in positive
ways by charting your progress and speaking words of praise and
encouragement.
